Premier accommodations Stalls - 14 x 16 private stalls.  Perfect foaling or lay up stall.  Special services available, including extra deep bedding ( straw, shaving etc.), blanketing and graining service, turn out, lunch, extra cleaning.

Season Options. Oversize turnouts ( available Fall thru Spring).

Stall  price $500 per month alfalfa fed, substitute grass one feeding - $510, both feedings - $520.

Paddock  price $350 per month alfalfa, substitute grass one feeding - $360, both feedings - $370.

Premier Stalls - Call for Quote, price will be based on owners needs.

Oversize turnouts $400 per month.

Blanketing - $60/mth - Graining (your grain), N/C. Extra feed/bedding, as quoted depending on your need.

180x220 COVERED arena, new footing 4/08. Two round pens, hot walker (no fee), outdoor arena w/trail obstacles. Trailer in accepted (fee).

All areas include daily cleaning, feeding and watering. Stalls cleaned twice daily. Excellent quality alfalfa and grass hay.  Other hay option available AQ.

Indoor/covered hot water wash racks. Several outdoor wash areas.  Secure tackrooms.  Trailer parking no charge.

One mile track for walking, galloping, conditioning, ponying etc. watered and groomed Spring through Fall.

Equisizer - computer programed, watered. Uses: controlled walk, trot, canter both directions - great for beginning conditioning program and rehab.  $100 per month per horse, $10 per single use per horse.  In addition, this service can be hired out for and additional fee.

Additional services available (fee).  Trailering, bathing, vet and shoer appointments, turnout, rehab, foaling out.  All requests will be considered.
